This is a double lp with the fabulous live recording of the Musikfest in Bethlehem, USA recorded in August 2000.
The title, OCEAN OF SOUND, refers to one of the Prototypes from the deluxe cd of Pop Trash.

The 2lp is housed in a glossy laminated gatefold sleeve and the discs are factory pressed on pink vinyl with a slight red marble effect.
Although the show is not from a very popular period of Duran Duran's career but it is a great performance in soundboard quality.
The vinyls contain a great selection of songs from the Pop Trash album like Lava Lamp, Playing With Uranium, Mars Meets Venus and the guitar heavy Last Day On Earth. Besides these tracks, the three singles from The Wedding Album and classics like Girls On Film, The Reflex, A View To A Kill, Notorious and Rio they also played a few tracks they do not play that often like Skin Trade, Electric Barbarella, Big Bang Generation and New Moon On Monday.
